Running the Cardiff Half Marathon

I'm Dan, editor of the Community Times Magazine. I'm letting you know that I'm running the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise awareness and money for the charity Rwanda Restored.

This is no mean feat for me! I've started my training nice and early, including a 10k race recently in Cardiff Bay (the hottest day of the year!)

The event will be held on 19th October and I'm aiming to do the 13.1 miles in less than 2 hours (estimated at about 1hour 45mins.

You may see me out and about as i do my training, I'll be wearing specially printed T shirts for both the training and the run itself.

Any support you can give will be very much appreciated - if you'd like to make a donation you can contact me on 02920 612 476 or email - info@CTLLT.co.uk.

All monies raised will go to Rwanda Restored, a registered charity which is helping to build schools in Rwanda, to help impoverished children and adults improve their chances of thriving and becoming self-reliant.
